Dear Intercessors and Friends:

We would like to wish you the warmest, most joyous Christmas possible. May our Lord Jesus Christ's Presence fill you abundantly this holiday season.

We'd like to begin by giving our Lord Jesus praise and honor, and thanks to you for answered prayers. You may remember from our last ICL Newsletter:

1. A) As the payment for our flight is due on December 15th, we find the team still lacking in their travel funds. In order that we may travel to India to establish the Healing Rooms, and on to Africa to do our repeated, time-honored, fruitful work, the team needs $4,600 each. Please note: this includes travel to two nations and cities within the great country of India. (We give God the glory -- the money has come in to cover the travel expenses for our entire team.)
B) Additionally, we will be serving a leper colony in South India. This service includes both the purchase of blankets for the 2,000 families of the leper colony plus our team ministry to them. We have a goal of $800-1,000 totally committed. All the monies donated to either the team's flight OR the leper funds are fully tax deductible and 100% of the funds will go specifically to these targeted needs. (We praise God that there are sufficient funds donated from several sources to provide lavishly for this leper colony)
2. Our second prayer target is for a specific lead intercessor, called by God to ICL. This intercessor would receive information on top issues such as big meetings and events, and Healing Room/Mumbai issues, and will e-mail these urgent prayer requests to the lead intercessors of three churches. Of course, this will be in addition to our regular e-mail to you, our highly valued intercessors. We have a second interview with a potential candidate for this spot on December 7th. "..meanwhile, praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ." (Colossians 4:3) (God has raised up a wonderful intercessor committed to a full one-year term. We ask you to bless Lori Hoffman!)

We have one sustained prayer request which originated in last month's letter. Please continue to pray: Inner City Light has approved the increase of our financial accountability and credibility (already quite high, praise God) by bringing in an auditor to oversee our finances. There is a joint consideration of this oversight coming from the Joseph Company, under the umbrella of International House of Prayer. Please pray in the godly man or woman willing to invest his or her skills into God's work in the nations.

ICL CHRISTMAS OUTREACH - SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA

This Christmas Season ICL will be outreaching into the San Diego area in the following ways:

Returning to the gay and lesbian community ICL served for 3 ½ years. We give thanks that a pastor of Highest Quest Fellowship will be partnering with us.
ICL is preparing to outreach to the inner city poor. We give thanks that Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church in Hillcrest is assisting us by providing food and clothing.

LOOKING AHEAD TO JANUARY 2006.

Please joyously note that this is ICL's last month in the United States. This time is filled with last-minute preparations, team training in the Healing Rooms, and meeting with local intercessory groups who are kind and willing to pray over us. Additionally, the Joseph Company, Christian men and woman under the umbrella of the IHOP, will be praying over us as well.

Our entire team will be doing a week of fasting prayer during the week of January 9th. We would humbly request that many of you would fast and pray along with us. The focus of this fast is Luke 24:49 that the presence and power of the Holy Spirit would be upon us as we move into the year ahead. We need a lavish anointing of our Lord in establishing the Healing Rooms and serving the poor and the body of Christ in India and Africa.
